Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags intact.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items bought on clearance/sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images of the damaged product and the packaging.

Once verified, we’ll offer you the option to replace the item or receive a full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email or message about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Please raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested item.

We will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, size issue, or defective product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
